Motorola Moto G (2014) — [AJUDA] hard reset fail moto g2 xt1069

olá boa tarde! comprei recentemente um moto g xt1069 estava tudo funcionando 100%. de um dia pro outro não sei como ele travou na tela de bootloader unlocked. como sou bem curiosa, fui procurar uma solução para o meu pequeno grande problema, assisti a várias video-aulas, mas nada do que tentei fazer me ajudou. um amigo me indicou o forum de voces dizendo que poderiam me ajudar.
então, meu celular é um moto g2, dual chip, dtv, color, 16gb, xt1069. quando ligo normalmente ele fica na tela de bootloader unloocked enquanto tiver bateria. fastboot ele entra, mas nao faz nada, quando vou em recovery ou factory, ele entra e aparece aquele boneco do android deitado com um triangulo vermelho em cima e escrito nenhum comando. entrei no android recovery, ai entrei em wipe data/factory reset, ate ai tudo bem, me deram as seguintes opçoes: no; userdata only; userdata + personalized content ao clicar nas duas ultimas opçoes sempre vem essa mensagem:

gostaria muito que me ajudassem a concertar meu celular! PFV!!!

Não me lembro a versão, mas acho que foi kit kat. A garantia já venceu ano passado. Olha, eu desbloqueei o bootloader e tentei rodar algumas ROMs, não fiz root nem nada mais. Eu só desbloqueei o botlooader depois que apareceu esse problema. antes disso era tudo certinho.
