Motorola Moto G (2015) — MOTO G3 (2015) XT1550 brickado e DEPURAÇÃO USB DESABILITADA

Estou com Moto g3 XT1550 brickado e depuração desativada, tentei de tudo, instalar tds as rom stocks possiveis e nao funciona. Da o mesmo erro, alguen sabe o que é ???
