Johannes came to Android by accident a few years ago, when he started writing for an Android-Blog instead of getting the job he actually applied for. He became an Android-Fan instantly, and that hasn’t changed until now. In his free time, he loves to listen to all kinds of music, reading magazines and papers, going to concerts and taking pictures of places and people. Sometimes he does sports as well, especially ball games of all kind, but not too often. The sea is his favorite place to be, but for the moment, Berlin seems pretty fine too.

Before joining AndroidPIT, Stephan worked for years as a content manager for WELT Online and a news editor for ZEIT Online whilst attempting to complete his Magister degree at Freie Universität Berlin. After getting disillusioned with political news reporting, he decided to turn his journalistic attention to something more concrete and real - socially transformative technology. He’s a colossal science geek and avid musician and spends a lot of time writing and producing music and nostalgically remembering the good old days with his punk rock band.

Putting down roots in Berlin after six years of traveling is a major step for Kris Carlon, who has spent more time living out of a tent lately than sitting at a desk. Kris comes to the AndroidPIT Editorial Team via a lengthy period spent writing on art and culture in Australia and other places he has lived. He joined the Android community while resurfacing in civilization back in 2010 and has never looked back, using technology to replace his actual presence in other people's lives ever since.

I like to think of myself as an international person because I've lived in different countries and enjoyed getting to know different cultures around the world. I love reading and writing.
Great fan of computer science and videogames for as long as I remember, now I have the chance to cultivate my passion developing apps and games for Android. My deep interest for the open source operating system goes from hardware specs to software procedures like rooting and bug fixing, or simply trying out new apps and features.
