Motorola Moto G (2014) — XT1069 - Sistema corrompido sem que fosse ativado a depuração USB

o aparelho só entra na tela: AP Fastboot Flash Mode (s)
qualquer tentativa de desbloquear ou atualizar a mensagem é a mesma:

"FAILED (remote failure)"

Alguém sabe como resolver?
