Motorola Moto E — Moto E Xt1022 Tela Warning Bootloader Unlocked

Olá Galera . Tenho um Moto e xt1022, ele nao liga so fica na tela de aviso : Warning Bootloader Unlocked .
Já fiz todos os tutoriais que já encontrei pra reinstalar a rom e etc mas sempre da erro em alguns comandos no CMD. Já tentei o MFastboot o Abd e os tutorias da Internet.. alguém me ajuda?

Cara o Aviso esta em Vermelho . Tem Geito mesmo nao ?
