Não consigo instalar ROM no Moto G4plus

Já tentei de tudo,

consequi chegar até o Fastbook.. mas quando vou instalar uma rom aparece erro em tudo... já levei até na assistência e eles não conseguiram, rodei varias roms.. de varias maneiras e nada. pfvr me ajudem
