Motorola Moto G (2015) — Moto G5s Plus Xt1802 não inicia

Boa tarde, estou com um moto g5s plus que não esta iniciando, quando tempo liga-lo ele fica só la tela da logo, e ao tentar entrar na ter de recovery mode ele da a mensagem: Start up failed, ja passei 2 rom, 8 e a 7 e mesmo assim ele não volta

Alguém tem alguma dica que possa me ajudar
