Erro na instalação da Rom do Moto G 2ª Geração XT1069, não aceita comandos.

Olá, tudo bem?
Possuo um Moto G 2 XT1069, ao qual do nada apareceu na tela o Android com um triângulo em vermelho (não tinha nenhuma mensagem embaixo do "android"), o que acontece, tentei pelo recovery e a tela fica chuviscada e não acontece nada, eu estou tentando há 1 semana reinstalar o S.O dele que é o LOLLIPOP ou KIT KAT, porém informa estes seguintes erros: Somente lembrando que baixei uns 5 firmware do S.O para reinstalar e todos informam o OK e FAILED e o sistema não normaliza.

Me ajudem, acho que perdi meu celular, vejo em vários tutoriais que os comando dão OK e OK, mas o meu dá OK e FAILED e o celular não inicia. No meu celular apararece na parte superior a mensagem: Device is UNLOCKED: Status Code 3.
